For most of our services, we usually can complete assessments within three days of being called. For projects that require a certain staff member due to a highly specific specialty, we may require five days for scheduling.
Many times we can schedule an emergency project the same day or next day if you have a flexible schedule. The best thing to do is call us as soon as possible so we can provide you available options.
For many of our services where we use our internal laboratory services, you can verbally receive results during or directly after our assessment. Reports are typically completed within 2 days of our assessment or from the date we receive sample results from external laboratories. If you require faster written reporting, please discuss with our staff.
Many times we do not have to charge an additional fee for our samples because we analyze many of them in house. For bulk asbestos, lead, chemical analysis, or specialized sampling there are additional fees. Any sample fees will be discussed with our client prior to our assessment.
No. Being a consultant we do not perform any contracting services as it would be a conflict of interest. We can provide names of remediation contractors and/or general contractors. We are more than happy to provide guidance on what to look for when choosing a remediation contractor for your job.
For asbestos and lead services, all staff members completing services are appropriately State-licensed. Our staff members have earned secondary education degrees in the sciences and/or maintain various certifications. All staff members continuously develop and actively participating in industry organizations and research to stay at the forefront of our specialties.
Yes, we are properly insured for our industry and carry special endorsements for pollution liability due to the testing we perform. All of our employees are fully covered by workers compensation insurance and autos are fully covered. If you or your firm requires proof of insurance please email ts@eimidwest.com.
Yes. Based on the project, we may want a specific staff member completing the assessment. If you request a particular staff member based on a referral, we will accommodate your request.
